Returns & Exchanges:
I accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of shipment with the exception of custom orders. Please send an email to info@tracyhansendesigns.com and request a return authorization number. Refund credits will not include initial shipping costs. Unfortunately, packages without return authorization number will not be accepted.
